Training with Shom is fun and challenging.  Not only do I feel leaner and healthier, I also feel stronger and more confident.  My posture has improved as has

my 10k time!  Through the exercise and diet plans I found that I had more energy than when I started as well as more focus and "positive mental attitude" which helped as I completed my PhD thesis.

 

*Update September 2009* Shom has moved our training sessions to City Gym, just outside of the city which is great   I don’t need to pay any membership fees, just his hourly rate.  All the equipment we use is included as are showers and changing facilities.

As a mother of two it can be hard to find the time or energy for exercise.  Shom has taken this on board and made a plan that suits our life.  I fit in regular half-hour sessions and my kids have started copying me.  With my 3rd pregnancy I thought I would have to stop physical exercise but Shom gave me the confidence to continue safely and I feel  fitter and more confident than ever, even although it's my third trimester.  I know that once the baby is born he will also help me regain my fitness in a safe and realistic time scale.

extra  training.  Shom put me on a rigorous strength and conditioning program and it's amazing how quickly my body responded and the impact could be clearly seen in my Tukido training.  There was a noticable improvement in my endurance, strength and power.  The training is fun and effective.  I won’t be recommending him to my sparring partners as I want to continue to beat them!
